Get your workout in at work

Sometimes you just don’t have time to go to the gym and get in a full workout. Luckily, the Washington Post created graphics that demonstrate different exercises you can do at your desk! Check out a few of the moves that they recommend which can help you break a sweat:
- Jump squats – This move is great for getting your heart racing and working your lower body’s muscles.
- Chair dips – Dips exercise your triceps, helping to firm up the back of your arms.
- Lunges – Doing lunges might make you think of 80s aerobics, but they’re not easy – trust us. The Washington Post graphic shows a side lunge, but you can do forward and backward lunges for added difficulty. If done right, your quads should be sore tomorrow morning.
