Parents – it’s that time of year again! The kids have started school! They have a long day of reading, writing, and ‘rithmetic, only to come home moaning, “I’m hungry!” Don’t delay…fill those empty tummies with something wholesome and nutritious – not empty calories! Try these recipes chock full of BiPro to ward off hunger…until dinner anyway!
Fruit Dip
Preparation Time: 10 minutes; Refrigeration Time: 30 minutes; Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients
• 1 container (6-8 ounces) Light Vanilla Yogurt
• ½ cup Whipped Cream Cheese Spread, Cinnamon n’ Brown Sugar Flavor
• ⅓ cup BiPro, natural unflavored
• ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Substitute your favorite flavor of low-fat or fat-free yogurt or cream cheese for more delicious combinations!

Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Banana Shake
Preparation Time: 5 minutes; Serving Size: 3 servings
Ingredients
• 1 cup Skim Milk
• 1 Banana (frozen and cut into chunks)
• ½ cup BiPro
• 3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
• 2 Tbsp Cocoa
Place all ingredients into blender container, cover and mix until smooth. For a frosty consistency, add ice! Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
