August 2, 2010 - Triceps Workout

Well hello, August! Cannot believe June and July came and went so quickly, but here we are, more than half-way through summer! Have you been working hard to stick to your workout routine, or have you been less than committed? Minneapolis-based trainer, Christine (Twitter: @CMBongiovanni, Facebook: MN, ND, SD, NPC), has been keeping me in line with our series of workout videos. She has been a great motivator and I can really feel what a difference proper form makes when lifting weights!
