Hey Protein Peeps!
I have received TONS of calls and emails regarding whether or not BiPro is free of heavy metals. Below is a statement we want all of our customers to be sure to read:
Recent news stories have claimed that many protein supplements on the market are unsafe due to high levels of the Heavy Metals contaminants Mercury, Arsenic, Cadmium, and Lead.
Davisco Foods International, Inc. has an active and routine testing program in place to monitor possible contaminants such as Heavy Metals and Pesticide Residues in our products.
In over 9 years of testing our finished products, including BiPro Instant Whey Protein Isolate Supplement and BioZzz, Instant Alpha-lactalbumin Supplement, we have not detected a problem with Heavy Metals or Pesticide Residues in any of our products.
Further, BiPro is NSF Certified for Sport. In order to obtain this certification, product must be tested by NSF to ensure it meets label claim, purity, safety requirements as well as being free from banned drug substances. Heavy Metals testing are part of this NSF testing regimen, and our product has passed this rigorous screening protocol.
Our products are completely safe, and meet all regulatory requirements for trace contaminants in foods and supplements.
