No pain, no gain! At least that’s what Christine (@CMBongiovanni , MN, ND, SD, NPC), a Minneapolis-based trainer, tells me as she pushes me to do just a couple more lunges.
Lunges are a simple, yet effective exercise that work almost every muscle in your legs including your quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves. The key to getting great results with this exercise is all in your form. In this video, Christine shows me the perfect form for doing lunges. Trust me, you want to get this exercise right the first time so you don’t have to do it over and over again!
