June 15, 2010- “Whey” to Look Like A Hockey Player: PHATS Trade Show
Hey Y’all!
It’s day #2 at the PHATS show. Yesterday’s gluten-free cookies were a hit. Today, I decided to dress the part. Watching hockey on TV for many years growing up, I have seen all of that crazy hockey gear each player needs to wear. (This definitely keeps their good lookin’ bods protected from a flying hockey puck.) I figured since I am at a hockey show, why not dress the part? I didn’t have to walk far…the booth next to ours was Sherwood, a hockey equipment and gear company. After schmoozing with the booth workers, they were eager to help me get geared up for my glamour shot photo session. After all, a girl in hockey gear sure can draw a lot of booth traffic, right? Sherwood had all the gear nicely displayed. Note: I am missing the ever so important hockey helmet. This would have been nice to have, but then I would have ruined my “Snooki bump,” which definitely made these photos complete. My fav part was the hockey stick, probably cuz it didn’t weigh 500 lbs like all of the other pieces. ( I wish the sticks came in PINK…anyone know where I can get a PINK hockey stick?)
