According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) whey protein isolate is a natural dairy protein powder made up of at least 90% protein. BiPro whey protein isolate contains 20 grams protein/22 gram serving. As a protein source, whey protein isolate is a better choice than whey protein concentrate, which contains about 80% protein. Also, whey protein isolate contains almost no sugar, lactose or fat.

• Pure BiPro whey protein isolate is considered to be the most nutritionally complete protein available. It naturally contains abundant amounts of all the essential amino acids.
• BiPro has been shown to increase levels of the anti-oxidant glutathione, which is required by the body to maintain a healthy immune system.
• In comparison to soy protein, BiPro has higher levels of the branched-chain (BCAAs) amino acids needed by athletes. The body needs increased amounts of BCAAs after a strenuous workout or competition. BiPro effectively fills that demand.

BiPro is a gentle, very easy to digest protein with great benefits for muscle repair and overall health. The best time to take BiPro is right after a workout or in the morning when your body needs fuel and energy. BiPro fortified beverages and smoothies also make great mid-morning or mid-afternoon energy snacks.
back to top - Is it OK to prepare a large sized BiPro beverage in the morning and then drink it throughout the day as needed?
Yes, as long as you make sure to keep the beverage refrigerated and that you consume it within 24 hours. You may notice some settling in the bottom of the container however this is very normal and does not affect the quality of the protein. All you need to do is re-mix the beverage with a spoon or shake the container right before you drink it.
back to top - If I’m lactose intolerant should I avoid BiPro since it is a dairy product?
BiPro gives you the great benefits of dairy without the lactose. One tablespoon of BiPro contains less than 0.1 gram of lactose, which is less than the amount of lactose found in one cup of yogurt. Research studies have shown that most people with lactose intolerance can safely consume this low, negligible amount of lactose with no discomfort.

BiPro contains a very small amount of soy lecithin to help it dissolve more easily and completely in foods and beverages. Lecithin is a natural component found in a number of foods.
